Abrams was the host of Live on the A&E cable network and created and moderated Court Cam, a law and crime production on A&E. He was a Nightline anchor. Abrams also worked as a senior legal correspondent and analyst for NBC News and general manager of MSNBC, while also acting as a presenter for the same network.  He began his professional career in 1994 as a journalist for Court TV, where he covered the murder trial of O. J. Simpson, among other things. From October 2016 to June 2020, Abrams hosted A&E`s Live show, which accompanied police officers live across the United States as they patrolled their communities. Using dashcam footage, low-light handheld cameras, and fixed camera platforms, Abrams analyzed each incident with analysts Tom Morris Jr. and Sean “Sticks” Larkin as the police work unfolded. He also co-hosted Grace vs. Abrams, in which Abrams and right-wing commentator Nancy Grace debated high-profile criminal cases.  In 2019, Abrams committed to producing and hosting Court Cam, a new show that takes viewers into U.S. courtrooms.  Live was cancelled on June 10, 2020 following protests against police brutality following the murder of George Floyd and the destruction of video footage of the murder of Javier Ambler. The new live trial network, planned as a new judicial television, was launched on February 24, 2017, with A&E Networks acquiring an interest in the website.
  On November 13, 2017, LawNewz was renamed Law&Crime and is available on most OTT platforms and many cable systems in the United States. Tim received his MBA from the American Graduate School of International Management and earned his 2nd degree in his class. In June 2012, Abrams had his first child with his girlfriend Florinka Pesenti, who was part of the winning team of The Amazing Race 3.  They had a daughter in 2021. Matt has a B.S. in manufacturing and supply chain management at Western Washington University.

Simpson, the Netherlands International War Crimes Tribunal and the assisted suicide trials of Dr. Jack Kevorkian of Michigan.  Abrams` foray into fashion, Styleite, began on March 25, 2010.  Styleite has worked for fashion as Mediaite for journalism, launching with both news and opinion content and with a fashion version of the “power grid” that evaluates designers, models, writers and others in the style sector based on influence and follow-up. Abrams renamed Styleite Runway Riot in 2015 and appointed model Iskra Lawrence as editor-in-chief.  RunwayRiot.com is marketed as a fashion site for “plus-sized women.”  Abrams` latest book, Kennedy`s Avenger: Assassination, Conspiracy, and the Forgotten Trial of Jack Ruby, was published in June 2021. It tells the story of the trial of Jack Ruby, the famous nightclub owner who shot Lee Harvey Oswald.  Steve began his career in the industry in 1983 by touring the university as a messenger and process server at ABC Legal. Steve helped launch ABC Legal`s successful PFI brand in 1994 and oversaw its expansion into California. Steve was instrumental in increasing annual revenue from $12 million in 2001 to over $100 million in 2019. Robert holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Cal State Hayward`s College of Business & Economics. On July 29, 2009, Abrams and Michael Lewittes launched Gossip Cop, a media monitoring site that patrols the world of celebrity gossip.
The website has been described as “TMZ Meets Smoking Gun” by its designer, Rex Sorgatz. The site rates gossip rumors on a scale of 0 to 10.  For the month of May 2013, the site reported more than 8 million unique visitors.  In 2019, Gossip Cop was acquired by Gateway Blend.
